I (Nicole) was born and raised in Olympia and became a bartender in my early 20’s. I never imagined it turning into a career choice, but I fell in love with it from minute one. 19 years later, I am finally an owner and I can’t tell you how elated I am. My mission as part owner includes: 1. Providing excellent customer service on every level. 2. Providing a space that is comfortable and safe. 3. Hosting fundraisers and events in order to give back to my community as often as possible.

The Olympia Oyster House is situated in the same building where The Olympia Oyster Company culled the native Olympia Oysters in 1859. This historic location is now under new management and we look forward to bringing you the past that you loved and creating new memories for you!
