Altitude 15 is a downtown Olympia gathering place built when plans change, not by choice but by rules—and walking away wasn't an option. What began as a vision for a food hall became something entirely different, a space defined by resilience, creativity, and community. Here you’ll find classically crafted food, great drinks, and a one-of-a-kind vibe that encourages you to stay awhile. Inspired by the foundation of Bite Me Catering, Altitude 15 brings high standards, great flavor, and intentional hospitality into an everyday setting. More than a restaurant or bar, Altitude 15 is a place to connect—where conversations linger, nights unfold naturally, and the community comes together Stay awhile. This is where Olympia gathers.
