We're in our extended soft opening period, working toward full opening in early May! Olympia's first Tex-Mex drink and eatery serving a simple menu rooted in breakfast tacos and other simple comfort food from the owners' hometowns of San Antonio, Dallas and Austin. Check out our soft open menu online, and more to come! Our mission is simple: Tasty tacos, cold 'ritas, and friendly faces. Everything about us is a vibe. We offer a next-level guest experience with superior service, family-friendly food and atmosphere, and onsite dining in our main level Veranda and ROOFTOP CANTINA.
