Homebody Massage & Wellness is the practice of massage therapist Teddy Payne. I specialize in Myofascial Release, Ashiatsu Massage, Deep Tissue/Swedish, Cupping and Gua sha. I am going into my 5th year of business and have experience working with a wide range of clients and conditions. This is an LGBTQ owned & loving business! Some conditions I frequently help my clients with: chronic pain, carpal tunnel, scar tissue, post surgical rehab, low back pain, hip pain, chronic stress, trauma, burnout, frozen shoulder, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, ageing, embodiment, post-MVA, whiplash, tendinitis, jammed joints, headaches, migraines, poor sleep, mental health, stress reduction, depression, anxiety, neurodivergent support & general healing.
