**Open the first Sunday of each month** I provide individualized massage therapy to help my patients feel their best.

Nebula aims to help you grow from your pain patterns and learning how you and your body can work together best to improve quality of life. Of the many benefits of massage, we emphasize nervous system regulation by implementing being in a calm neutral state more frequently. Incorporating safe feelings through relaxation as a practice can guide us through stressful feelings, situations, or triggers. The tool for this work is through muscle treatment to get your body into the “rest and digest” mode, and the repetition is how we teach the body.
