Dr. Bowles was born and raised in the Lacey/Olympia, WA area. He attended North Thurston High school and graduated with honors. He then attended Brigham Young Universtity where he majored in and graduated with a B.S degree in Biology and a minor in chemistry. In between his studies at BYU he served a mission for his church in Buenos Aires, Argentina for 2 years where he was able to serve the people there and become fluent in Spanish. Dr. Bowles attended 4 years at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he achieved his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree.

Amy Winter, DPM, is a member of the team of Foot & Ankle specialists located at Oly Ortho's Westside Clinic. She is a Board-Certified Foot Surgeon by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ABFAS) who specializes in treating foot & ankle conditions with a conservative approach. Exercise is Dr. Winter’s number one recommendation for proper foot care. By exercising, people are able to increase the body’s overall blood flow and keep their weight down, which places less strain on the feet. Often, her conservative non-operative suggestions, such as wearing sturdy shoes and varying heel heights, will allow patients to experience increased comfort and overall foot health.

He received the Outstanding Chief Resident award in recognition of exceptional service as chief resident during his residency. Dr. Son attended Cebu Institute of Medicine, Philippines.
