Bodywork means we get in there and do real get-tissues-moving work, restoring tissue to their healthy, how-it-should-feel state. Think deep tissue massage but more comprehensive. Bodywork also means you don’t have to be ‘injured’. We ask a lot of our bodies, so the least we can do is give muscles what they need to thrive! Physical Therapy means that we can assess and treat just about any muscle, bone, or movement related issue. Back pain, neck pain, headaches, etc. We will do a comprehensive assessment to understand WHY you’re hurting, and through both hands-on work and selective exercises get you back to full functioning.
