Dr. Wood spent his internship and residency at the University of Washington. In 1994 he received the Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Orthopaedic Research Society’s New Investigator Recognition Award for the Outstanding Paper of the Year. Dr. Wood received certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 1996. He joined Olympia Orthopaedic Associates in 1994.

Dr. Adam Graver is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and conditions of the elbow, hand, and wrist. Dr. Graver has years of extensive training and experience in performing the latest upper extremity procedures and techniques, and he is devoted to delivering the compassionate, specialized treatment needed to help his patients return to their active lifestyles. Dr. Graver attended Columbia University for his undergraduate studies in neuroscience and behavior. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, and completed his general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at Northwell Health – Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

After completing his undergraduate degree in natural sciences at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Lamour received his doctor of medicine degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Lamour completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital in South Florida. He also completed advanced fellowship training in orthopaedic sports medicine at the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze, Florida, and training in foot and ankle surgery at the Las Vegas Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hajewski, M.D. Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Hajewski specializes in: Non-operative Sports Medicine Oly Ortho Location: Westside Medical Center Dr. Tina Hajewski graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry; she was also a part of the varsity swim team. She then received her Masters of Science from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She returned to the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine for her Doctorate of Medicine. Dr. Hajewski completed her Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics before finishing her Spine Surgery Fellowship training at the Indiana Spine Group.
