After completing his undergraduate degree in natural sciences at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Lamour received his doctor of medicine degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Lamour completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital in South Florida. He also completed advanced fellowship training in orthopaedic sports medicine at the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze, Florida, and training in foot and ankle surgery at the Las Vegas Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Born in Chicago, IL, Dr. McLaughlin joined the Oly Ortho team in 2021 and specializes in conditions of the shoulder and elbow. He earned his MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and then went on to his Internship and Residency training at the Mayo Clinic. He completed his Fellowship training at the University of Washington and is excited to remain in the Pacific Northwest. Dr. McLaughlin currently sees patients at our Oly Ortho Westside Clinic.

Dr. Halpin is a native of Olympia and graduated from Capital High School before attending Brown University in Rhode Island where he earned a degree in Chemistry with Honors. He graduated medical school from Northwestern University and remained there to complete a residency in the Department of Neurological Surgery. During that time he also spent one year doing advanced training in complex spinal deformity and minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr. Halpin was awarded the Susan Perlman award during his chief resident year, given to the senior resident who best exemplifies academic excellence, special leadership skills, and compassion for patients. He joined Olympia Orthopaedic Associates in 2011 and sees patients in our Westside location.
