About
Freeman Building Company is an Olympia general contractor specializing in high-quality residential remodels and high-performance homes across Thurston County and the South Sound. Owner Dean Freeman is a PHIUS Certified Passive House Builder, and we bring that building-science mindset (airtight, well-insulated, moisture-managed assemblies) to every project: kitchen and bath remodels, whole-house renovations, additions, decks, window and door replacement, exterior and envelope repairs, and custom finish carpentry. We work under transparent cost-plus contracts with owner-led project management and a client portal that keeps you informed daily. If you want a home that is comfortable year-round, built to last, and finished with care, let's talk.
