Since 1975, I've delivered straightforward, "tell it like it is" real estate guidance across homes, land, farms, dairies, horse property, investment, and commercial ventures. My commitment ensures you always buy or sell with your best interest in mind, building relationships that last. My Rural/Equine Edge: Beyond the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) credentials, I bring a unique passion for specialized properties. As a two-time Area VII Equine Eventing Champion and current racehorse trainer at Rainbow Meadows, I offer unmatched insight into equine, farm, and acreage properties. Whether it's your first home, a commercial investment, or a sprawling rural estate, let's talk about your vision.

I am a dedicated, full-time real estate professional with the critical skills, knowledge and expertise to navigate today's market. I have over 19 years' experience working with a variety of clients from first-time homebuyers, to families upsizing/downsizing, to clients relocating to and from Thurston County. I specialize in all types of residential properties including resales, new construction, waterfront, multi-family and investment properties. I strive to help people realize their financial goals with sound real estate investment choices, while creating lasting client relationships. My goal is to tailor the experience to meet each client's individual needs and make the process of buying or selling your home a smooth one.

I'm an educator by heart, so you won't feel overwhelmed with the whole process. I'll be there with you every step of the way and more! I've been where you are now more than once, and I understand all the emotions and apprehensions that come with a move. If you're relocating, I will make sure you have all the information about neighborhoods, schools and services that are important to you. I am detail oriented, and I have a strong background in research. I'm a graduate of the Masters Sales Academy and I have taught new agents to the business.
