Sound Transition Team helps seniors and their families in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and the South Puget Sound navigate downsizing, relocation, probate, and the sale of a long-held family home. Led by Ryan Garrison, a licensed broker with Real Broker, LLC, Certified Probate Expert (CPE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Senior Transition Specialist (STS), we act as the single point of contact for the entire move — home preparation and repairs, estate sales and cleanouts, senior move managers, and coordination with estate attorneys and placement advisors. We work with out-of-state adult children, personal representatives, trustees, and fiduciaries throughout Thurston, Pierce, and Lewis counties.
