Adopt a Pet

Not every cat announces herself with fanfare — Lady Ravenwood prefers to let her quiet dignity do the talking.

This four-year-old black cat is available for adoption through the animal shelter in Olympia, WA.

At 11.6 pounds, she is shy, independent, and deeply intentional — the kind of cat who earns your heart slowly, and makes it mean something.

She would thrive best in a calm, low-traffic home where she can settle in at her own pace.

Black cats like Lady Ravenwood are often overlooked due to outdated superstitions — but they are every bit as loving and companionable as any other cat.

The adoption fee is $90, and every cat leaves already spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated.

Listings refresh hourly, so if you feel a connection, act on it.

Call 360-352-2510 to confirm she is still available before visiting.
